You are responsible for any errors or omissions in your booking details. You must present a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof at the time of check-in.
You must pay the full amount of your reservation at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and invoice.
You must respect the privacy and property of other guests and staff at the resort. You must not cause any disturbance, damage, or nuisance to anyone or anything at the resort. You must not bring any illegal, hazardous, or offensive items or substances to the resort.
The resort reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any booking or service at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. The resort also reserves the right to evict any guest who violates these terms and conditions or the rules and regulations of the resort, without any refund or compensation.
The resort is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused to you or your belongings, due to any natural disaster, fire, theft, accident, or any other event beyond its control. You are advised to take adequate insurance and security measures for your safety and protection.
